I've been gone for ages in terms of activity. I've favorited, read, and watched quite a few animations, but mostly my poetry has been absent from the DA. I have NOT been not writing however; just not posting.

In addition to that, some interesting upcoming news...

I may have a new job by the end of the week. So wewt for more $$$ to spend.

I have an upcoming birthday. So wewt for that.

My favorite holiday is coming up. Halloween to inspire creativty. I already wrote up some designs for a new robotic skeleton arm I plan to place near my doorbell that reaches out when people push it. Combined with my "Eyes that follow Doorway" and my Growling Welcome Mat... I think my home is officially spoooooky. Especially since I built it myself.

Finally, I'm looking forward to the release of a new portion of one of my favorite MMOs Runescape at the end of this month. They are releasing a Tower that you can fight previous bosses in. SO BOSS RUSH like those old Megaman games.  >:P

All in all, it seems this may or may NOT be an exciting month depending on my luck. Have a wonderful October & enjoy my new poems everyone.

Hey folks, it's me again. It's been awhile since I updated. Hoped I'd have a comment or two on one of my things if I went away for a bit, but guess no one can critique my work except me at this point. Kind of disappointed with the new Doctor in Doctor Who, as the series seems to have gone a bit south in writing as the new Doctor is tempted far too often to change moods like a woman during her time of the month and randomly abused a cookie by calling it a device for destruction.

I have also played the new Final Fantasy XIII and though people may disagree with me, have found it unappealing as it didn't honestly feel like a Final Fantasy game to me. It's playstyle and storyline though "unique" [Stolen from other FFs], left it lacking in areas such as sidestories, sidequests, and minigames. Things to distract you from the main quest, but give you reason to play that extra 5 hours. The "Hunt N' Kill" quests, did not feel that different from what I was already doing. The "Grading" of each battle, made me rush and feel utterly weak as I overpowered one enemy and got killed in one hit because they focused on killing my leader before I could heal. Overall, I didn't like it. Some did, good for them.

Next on the list, JOB SEARCHING. ALWAYS FUN, like getting a root canal used for a straight line of pain from your mouth to your spine! The "new" trend seems to be placing "Now Hiring" signs on EVERY WINDOW in town, except when you go in, they only accept applications online and aren't really hiring. It's the new P.R. stunt to get as many possible replacement workers as possible without worrying about being under-staffed.

That aside, it's beautiful this spring. Lots of Dandelions and sunflowers where I live. Also, apparently got a dog for the time being, though reasons why are hidden, it's rather cute and only weighs about 2 and a half lbs. Has a bladder the size of a walnut, and whimpers when you don't pay attention to her. Well, have a good day everyone, enjoy the new poems, and as always, COMMENTARY is welcome, not required, but enjoyed!

Well, I haven't posted anything in almost 3 weeks in my journal. I am quite happy as of late as I've been playing my X-Box 360 quite a bit. I have even gotten on Live for the first time, and enjoyed a healthy amount of that. I've been in a few interviews for jobs, but none have worked out so far. Apparently, most people are weightist, assuming that a large guy won't work as much as a stick thin guy [Where I proved that wrong at my last TWO jobs, which shows they don't contact my references].

I also had a run-in with a cop that turned out rather interesting as he let me off with a warning {For what I still do not know since I was never told} after running to his car hearing something was in progress. First time I've ever talked to a cop sitting in my car, and it turned out rather odd, no?

Also, on that wonderful note of oddness, I had my first ever Starbucks coffee as of this week. I've never had Starbucks before, and it was only because the other place I normally go to was swarmed with no parking spots for 4 blocks {I wouldn't mind walking a bit, but on Main-street, it ain't safe}. Wasn't bad. Oh, watched the final episode of season 4 of Doctor Who. For those of you who missed it, won't spoil it, but I will say this... "Glowing Skeletons". :) Should be quite a teaser.

Wrote a few poems today I rather liked, got the soundtrack to The Watchmen movie yesterday only to notice it doesn't contain the song 99 Luftballoons! What a rip! I expect to get the full soundtrack when I buy a thing like that! Well, finally, on the topic of movies, I am expecting District 9 soon from Netflix tomorrow. Go Go Mailmen Arms! [No offense to Mail-women!]

Well, it's been about a week, and I've had less than 40 views. Rather disturbing as it would seem, and I've had only one favorite to boot. I've decided to delve into my past work as well as write up two new poems to see if I can get a few more dozen views. I'm not expecting a miracle, but at least the occasional comment would make me feel like people are reading my poetry. If you read my stuff, feel free to comment, wether it be good, bad, or accusational. I understand that a few of my poems do not fit my writing style, but I can assure you they were written by me on another forum. I also have poetry under the surname ForgottenByTime on GaiaOnline. Understandably, I doubt many of you still visit Gaia since it has turned to moot with greedy fat-cat ways. Anyways, enjoy my poetry, please leave commentary, and have a Merry Christmas. For those of you that celebrated Hanukkah, HAPPY Past-Hanukkah! For the rest, I hope you've a merry time of the holidays. Such a joyous time of the year, a time of giving, a time of cheer, a time where the will of man can be driven to a higher plane, and kindness is spared to every frame of every day. It's a time where people do things better than they normally would.

Now, some of you notice I've been here for about two years, and in the two years, I have watched others post their deviations on here with glee. I have been afraid to write poetry here because it's not always smelling like a daisy, so to speak. It is unusually raw and is not looked upon until it is submitted, because that's how art is. It's a feeling, a swift moment of inspiration that is sparked by a moment or state of being in that sheer second. So, anyways, submitted my first deviant poem, expect to see more at least once a week.

Also, in the thing of random ideas, I had an odd idea about a crossover between Ryu of Street-Fighter and Goku in Dragonball with the Hadouken and the Kame-hame-ha... What would happen if they had some kid in the future who had an ability that went as the following...

[Imagine for a moment if you heard your opponent gather up energy and then say the following phrase] KAAAAAME-HAAAAAME-HAAAAAA-DOUKEN! (Would you be scared knowing you were about to get double-blasted to heck because the words fit together?)
