Light And Darkness.
Night And Day.
Good And Evil.
Water And Fire.
Wind And Earth.
Macrocosm & Microcosm...
All things though opposite need each other to survive. That is what this poem will be about...

"My Friend, My Enemy, My Rival"

I fight with you often...
I know your every move...
I know your intentions, your will, your emotions...
I know what drives you, what angers you so...
I am your enemy, the one in which you hope to destroy...
I am your one friend, one who tells you like it always is...
I never let you get away with any less than your best...
We are tied by destiny, always towards each other...
Yet we will always fight, always rumble, always clash...
We are opposites you and I, and by fate's unsteady hand...
Always be crossing swords until the end of time...
We are as different as night and day...
We are alike in so many ways...
Once again our paths cross, and we go at it again...
So I ask you one more time my rival...
Are you my enemy or my friend?
